NobleCure® - the standard UV LED solution for curing applications
UV LED systems are the innovation of the future for curing and drying processes. It is worthwhile to closely examine these industrial processes and look for methods that provide optimal results with the best possible energy efficiency. Moreover, the extremely compact size of the UV components enables high shape design flexibility.
In addition to customer-specific modules, Heraeus provides standard UV LED system solutions: NobleCure®. Peripheral components which are optimally matched to each other are available, e.g. cooling, control and power supply units.

NobleCure® is available with different power ranges. Within these ranges, the optical output of the UV LED systems can be regulated almost continuously. The LED components are available with different wavelengths in the range between 365 and 405 nm. This allows them to be precisely adjusted to the customer's specific process requirements, preventing loss of energy. Therefore, the LED system can be configured optimally for any application.
A special micro-optics technology enables the beam to be shaped to optimally suit the working distance required.This allows higher process speeds even at larger working distances.
The system dimensions are 95 x 64 x 77 mm (W x H x D) and the size of the emission window is 87.5 x 44 mm.
NobleCure® can be configured individually. Standard system are available in a 4 Watt and 8 Watt version. There is a choice between a watercooled and aircooled NobleCure® 4 Watt unit.
